Gorgeous picture. This is the first photo I’ve seen on your blog & I’m already jealous of your camera. 🙂
I learned recently that the other fountain was transplanted in 1856 from a nearby intersection (Saint-Placide métro station), to allow for the rue des Rennes to blast through. Classic Haussmann, right?
